MiniMum Mavrud
This 100% Mavrud wine from grapes that are harvested entirely by hand and then left to dry out and raisin-ate for two months. This is a similar method used for Amarone wines in Italy (apasimento method). The wines are then fermetned and matured for 2 months. The result is a deeply concentrated, dark fruited and intensley structured wine that has a light sweetness to it.
