Getting Started

Gifts will either be packaged in a wicker gift basket or wrapped in a flat-top gift box, depending on your preference.
All perishable items will be packaged separately in an insulator bag with ice packs. -
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but we package all gift baskets with kinkle and bow, and messaging options are included.

You will find a gift message section on the checkout page under the shipping options where you can include your desired statement.

Messages will be placed with care on top of gift baskets or on top of any packaging in our flat top boxes.

Brevity is the soul of wit, so we ask that messages are kept to 30 words or less.

Prices will not be included anywhere on or inside the package. Receipts will be sent to the email provided after checkout.

We will be sure to include “First Name Last Name” on any gift message should you forget to provide it.

We will only send tracking information to the email provided during checkout.
However, for gifts that contain wine, we recommend providing recipient contact information to ensure proper delivery. Recipients will only be informed that a package is on its way. -
We will provide you with the opportunity to craft your own customized message on high quality cardstock.

Absolutely! We’re proud to work with many excellent small producers and have access to a variety of special products.

Payments and Promotions

At this time we accept payment from all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

All payments are processed upon finalizing orders. We ask that all orders are finalized and confirmed at least 10 business days before in hand date for larger orders of 10 or more recipients.

At this time, physical gift cards can only be used in person or over the phone using the number provided on the back of the card.
Online Gift Cards can also be purchased and are recommended for recipients outside of the Greater Boston Area.
Online Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient of your choice and come with an exclusive code that can be entered upon checkout online. -
To sign up for special offers and see any ongoing promotions, simply enter your email address in the Subscribe Box in the footer of our site.
Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery

On the Shopping Cart page, simply click the “X” to the right of the item. You can also modify the quantity of items in the quantity box.

We’re proud to work with FedEx and offer flat-rate shipping based on recipient location. -
Due to Federal and State guidelines, we can only ship wine to certain states, which you can find in our Shipping Policies and Rates.

We ship all orders from our shop located in Boston, MA. Flat-rates have been determined based on average weight and distance from 02116.

We ask that all orders for the holidays are submitted and confirmed by December 17th.

Out of utmost caution we don’t ship perishable items over the weekend, therefore it is impossible to guarantee Monday delivery.
Order Tracking

Online order confirmation is provided upon checkout and shipping confirmation is usually provided within 24 hours.

You can track your online order by clicking on the tracking number link in your email. For larger corporate orders, tracking information can be shared at your discretion.

Recipients will only need to be present to receive packages containing wine. However, if the gift contains perishables, we recommend letting the giftee know a gift is en route so they can enjoy their gift!
Storage and Dietary Information

Yes, all shelf stable products are sent with a long shelf life and as long as your perishable items arrive with the ice pack cool to the touch the items are safe for consumption.
Cheese is a hearty food, and can survive temperature fluctuations.

We’re happy to include your company logo alongside custom messaging on high quality card stock.

Gifts that don't require customization have a holiday shipping deadline of December 12h. Gifts that are customized have a shipping deadline of December 5th.

We always want the arrival of gifts to delight recipients. At times, they might arrive without a gift message from the sender, which can understandably beg some questions. If you’ve received a gift anonymously, you may contact us at info@baccoswineandcheese.com with your order number and we will make every attempt to identify the sender.
