Potluck Ssamjang
We are thrilled to support the locally-owned freshly launched Potluck, devoted to showcasing Korean cooking traditions through excellent sourcing. We’re starting with their first two sauces, Gochujang and Ssamjang.
Ssamjang translates to wrapped (“ssam”) sauce (“jang”) and utilizes the classic Gochujang alongside fermented soybeans (“doenjang”), sesame oil, perilla seeds, and garlic. Traditionally used as an accompaniment to Korean staples like Bossam.
