A recent new favorite of ours in the pantry section, Agricola Marviglia is a small family-owned Tuscany farm specializing in chickpea and barley-based Shoyu, Miso, and Tamari.
A Tuscan take on the classic condiment, made with heritage peal barley and chickpeas along wth a wheat based koji, before finishing the shoyu with rice koji, Mediterranean sea salt, and filtered water.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Organic Wheat, Organic chickpeas, Mediterranean sea Salt, Koji culture (Aspergillus Oryzae Spore)
