Goodnow Farms El Carmen with Coffee Crunch
One of our favorite new collaborations is from our favorite local chocolate maker, Goodnow Farms just down the road in Sudbury. We’ve long admired Monica and Tom’s commitment to high-quality sourcing and hands-on production of their single-origin chocolate. This bar uses cacao and cacao butter from Cacao Bisiesto on the outskirts of Matagalpa, Nicaragua as well as coffee from local roaster El Recreo, who source coffee beans from their family farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua.
The result is a masterpiece of crystalline and creamy texture and a classic earthy mocha finish .
