We are thrilled to be tasting wines with the legendary winemaker, Hugh Hamilton. He is 5th generation of the winemaking family that has 185 years of history in McLaren Vale. They work with the epic Shiraz grape along with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and even the Georgian grape, Saperavi! Today he works alongside his daughter Mary, while they share with the world the wonders McLaren Vale has to offer.
We’ll be tasting five wines- 1 white and 4 reds, accompanied by cheese and meats!
